What is the initial payment of €299 for?

This is to cover the initial application, processing, interviewing, training and granting you a license to represent our organisation. It is all so to cover all of the course materials and banners that you will receive in order to brand your group.

Will there be any extra or ongoing training available for me?

Yes extra training and support will be made available on a very regular basis

What ongoing help and support when I get?

You will be supported by Noble Manhattan this support will be available by both e-mail and telephone

How will the initial training be conducted?

The initial training will be conducted face-to-face, the training takes two parts.

Part 1. The main training programme will either be a one day or two day course, the first day will be covering everything that is needed in order to help you to set up, build, grow and manage a very successful coaching support group.

The second day (which will not be acquired by everyone) is to completely familiarise you with the comprehensive product range offered by Noble Manhattan Coaching worldwide. This day will only be required if the individual does not have a deep comprehensive knowledge of Noble Manhattan already.

Part 2. Attend an “Introduction to Coaching Event” this is an event open to the public which completely explains everything to do with the coaching industry.

Why are you limiting the number of agents per area?

We are doing this in order to maximise and increase the business opportunity for all of our existing and new support group president's, in order to raise their profile so that they become seen as the main focus of coaching in their local area and therefore they start to generate a lot of personal business for themselves.

Will I also be able to earn commissions or Fees as a result of being in this role?

Yes, you will indeed receive income as part of a revenue share process. This is based on any new business that is generated for Noble Manhattan coaching through your coaching support group
