Coaching Support Groups are available in a town or city near you to provide coaching support for local communities throughout the UK. These are interactive sessions which take place once a month and are free for all to participate. These meetings are for everyone whether you are a coach or student coach, whether you are interested in coaching or whether you think that you could benefit from a free coaching session, come along because we would love to meet you.

At these monthly meetings there will be talks delivered on aspects of coaching, the chance to debate about current issues and the opportunity for people to experience free coaching sessions. Students are given the chance to practice their coaching techniques and form study groups, members of the community interested in coaching will be able to have all their questions answered and coaches have the chance to network with likeminded people and expand their client base.

Support Group Leader - Paul Serry

Biography of Group Leader

Paul Serry is a Business, Life coach and trainer with a vast portfolio of experience of Individual Coaching and training. He trades under the banner of Transparency Life Coaching. Paul works within a wide range of fields including Anger management, relationship coaching and NLP from helping to re – engage students with work. Paul works for some of the largest Colleges with in the South West. He also assists businesses to develop and grow to the next level.
Paul has many Coaching qualifications and experiences through various courses and work delivered.
He is a member of the Federation of Small Businesses Institute for learning.
He is a facilitator or real change.


Dave Crisp – Biography

Dave Crisp began his role as a coach and facilitator in 1991, having been deeply involved with personal development since 1984.

He moved to the South West in 2003 and started up his company Crisp Coaching & Consultancy in 2004 and is now based in Bristol trading under the banner ‘Rainbow Genius’. He has developed a large list of satisfied clients in both business and personal coaching. This includes the Welsh Assembly Government in helping them implement best practice and strategy for coaching and mentoring in the public sector in Wales.

As well as running successful businesses of his own for many years, Dave is a highly experienced Senior Manager, Business Analyst and a qualified Psychotherapist. He has been the Managing Director of an internationally renowned NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) training organisation and holds NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer certificates.

He says "I am passionately committed to the development and empowerment of people. Throughout my career I have worked with all kinds of people and businesses, helping them realise their personal and professional goals. I thrive on the empowerment and success of my clients, and helping them achieve, learn and develop".

It's my job to help people deal with those brick walls in ways most appropriate to their circumstances.
