Coaching Support Groups are available in a town or city near you to provide coaching support for local communities throughout the UK. These are interactive sessions which take place once a month and are free for all to participate. These meetings are for everyone whether you are a coach or student coach, whether you are interested in coaching or whether you think that you could benefit from a free coaching session, come along because we would love to meet you.
At these monthly meetings there will be talks delivered on aspects of coaching, the chance to debate about current issues and the opportunity for people to experience free coaching sessions. Students are given the chance to practice their coaching techniques and form study groups, members of the community interested in coaching will be able to have all their questions answered and coaches have the chance to network with likeminded people and expand their client base.

I originally worked in professional theatre as an actress, director and producer. This led into setting up a corporate events organisation working with clients such Hitachi Data Systems, Procter & Gamble, British Airways and Thames Water. During this time I was interfacing directly with senior management and decision makers and latterly introducing the concept of coaching into the teambuilding and facilitation events the company produced. A qualified coach, I now live in Devon, where I offer Corporate Coaching and a new online Small Business Coaching Programme which is an exciting new way to coach via the web! Watch out for the launch of my Jigsaw Box online coaching programmes, going live in January 2010 These small business coaching programmes are a cost effective way to have a coach and be part of a business community where you can share the challenges of running your own small business. This is particularly effective for clients who have recently been made redundant and have decided to give it a go on their own.

I am a trustee of The Northcott Theatre, Exeter and am also involved in producing shows and fund raising events for a local charity, whose goal is to provide potable water and a school to the village of Buturi in Tanzania. See www.buturi-project.co.uk
I offer face to face appointments in Exeter, Honiton and Sidmouth and telephone coaching to clients across the UK, my goal is to build my reputation as a Coach, both online and off whilst also enjoying Devon life and of course leading this Exeter Coaching Support Group.
